柿子
台灣柿子大致分為澀柿及甜柿兩大類,澀柿果形較大,果形端正,經過脫澀處理後作為脆果,俗稱脆柿;甜柿果實大,頂部豐圓呈扁球形,果皮紅黃色,成熟後則轉為濃紅色,色澤鮮艷,肉質細密,香脆多汁,甜度高、口感極佳,毋須脫澀,即可食用。
